레티노이드 X 수용체 베타(RXR-beta)는 NR2B2(핵수용체 서브 패밀리 2, 그룹 B, 멤버 2)로도 알려져 있으며, RXRB [5][6]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 암호화되는 핵 수용체이다.
이 유전자는 레티노산(RA)의 영향을 매개하는 핵수용체의 레티노이드 X 수용체(RXR) 패밀리 멤버를 코드한다.이 수용체는 레티노산, 갑상선 호르몬 및 비타민 D 수용체와 헤테로디미터를 형성하여 각각의 반응 요소에 대한 DNA 결합 및 전사 기능을 모두 증가시킨다.이 유전자는 6번 염색체의 주요 조직적합성복합체(MHC) 등급 II 영역 내에 있다.대체적으로 스플라이스된 전사 변형이 설명되었지만 전체 길이 시퀀스는 [6]결정되지 않았습니다.
