ZEB1
ZEB1아연 핑거 E박스 결합 호메오박스 1은 ZEB1 [5][6][7]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 부호화되는 단백질이다.
ZEB1(이전의 TCF8)은, IL2 전사 개시 [7][6]부위의 음의 조절 영역 100 뉴클레오티드 5-프라임에 결합하는 것으로, T림프구 고유의 IL2 유전자 발현을 억제하는 아연 핑거 및 호메오도메인 전사 인자를 부호화한다.ZEB1 및 그 포유동물 패럴로그 ZEB2는 호메오도메인 전사인자의 ZF(아연 핑거) 클래스 내 Zeb 패밀리에 속한다.ZEB1 단백질은 7개의 아연 손가락과 1개의 호메오도메인을 [8]가지고 있습니다.호메오도메인의 구조는 오른쪽에 표시되어 있습니다.
임상적 의의
유전자의 돌연변이는 후다형 각막디스트로피 3. ZEB1은 E-캐드헤린을 하향 조절하고 유방 및 기타 [9]암종에서 간엽성 전이를 유도한다.최근 연구는 폐암의 침윤성과 전이 [10]발달에 기여하는 역할을 제시했다.ZEB1은 BMP 억제제의 [citation needed]발현 유도를 통해 BMP 시그널링을 비활성화함으로써 유방암의 뼈 특이적 전이에 기여한다.
