HMGB2
HMGB2고이동성 그룹 단백질 B2는 고이동성 그룹 단백질 2(HMG-2)로도 알려져 있으며 인체에서 HMGB2 [5][6]유전자에 의해 암호화되는 단백질이다.
기능.
이 유전자는 비히스톤 염색체 고이동성 그룹 단백질 [7]패밀리의 일원을 암호화한다.이 과의 단백질은 염색질 관련 단백질로 고급 진핵세포의 핵에 널리 분포되어 있다.체외 연구는 이 단백질이 DNA를 효율적으로 구부리고 DNA 서클을 형성할 수 있다는 것을 보여주었다.이러한 연구들은 DNA의 유연성을 촉진함으로써 시스 작용 단백질 사이의 협력적인 상호작용을 촉진하는 역할을 시사한다.이 단백질은 또한 DNA 이중 가닥 절단 복구 및 V(D)J [6]재조합의 DNA 말단 결합 과정의 최종 결찰 단계에 관여하는 것으로 보고되었다.
