FOXA1
FOXA1간세포 핵인자 3-알파(HNF-3A)라고도 알려진 포크헤드 박스 단백질 A1(FOXA1)은 FOXA1 [5][6][7]유전자에 의해 인체에서 암호화되는 단백질이다.

FOXA1은 DNA 결합 단백질의 포크헤드 클래스의 구성원이다.이들 간세포 핵인자는 알부민, 트랜스스티레틴과 같은 간 특이적 전사에 대한 전사 활성제이며, 선구적 인자로서 염색질과 상호작용하기도 한다.생쥐의 유사한 가족 구성원은 신진대사의 조절과 췌장과 [5]간의 분화에 역할을 한다.
유방암의 지표
유방암의 FOXA1은 내분비 신호뿐만+ 아니라 ERα+, GATA3, PR 단백질 발현과 높은+ 상관관계를 가지고 있다.FOXA1은 ERα+ 유방암에서 ERa의 선구적 인자로 작용하며, 그 표현은 낮은 결과와 치료 [8]저항성과 관련된 ERA 시그널링의 신속한 재프로그래밍을 거치는 ERα 암을 식별할+ 수 있다.반대로 ERα− 유방암에서 FOXA1은 저급 형태학 및 개선된 무병 생존과 높은 상관관계를 보인다.FOXA1은 유선에서 [9]GATA3의 하류 표적이다.ERα− 암에서의 발현은 안드로겐 수용체 길항제 [10][11]치료와 같은 다른 내분비 치료에 반응하는 종양의 서브셋을 식별할 수 있다.
암에서의 역할
이 유전자의 돌연변이는 전립선암 [12]사례에서 동시에 목격되었다.
FOXA1의 발현은 유방암에서의 [13]Twist1과 E-cadherin이라는 두 가지 EMT 마커와 상관관계가 있다.
