기능.
이 유전자는 전사 인자의 Ets 패밀리와 3원복합인자(TCF) 서브패밀리의 구성원이다.TCF 서브패밀리의 단백질은 c-fos 원종유전자의 프로모터에서 혈청응답인자 및 혈청응답요소에 결합함으로써 삼원복합체를 형성한다.이 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질은 키나아제인 MAPK1과 MAPK8에 의해 인산화된다.이 [7]유전자에 대해 몇 가지 전사 변이가 설명되었다.
