Fos 관련 항원 2(FRA2)는 FOSL2 ^[5]유전자에 의해 인간에게 암호화되는 단백질이다.

기능.

Fos 유전자 패밀리는 c-Fos, FOSB, FOSL1, FOSL2의 4가지 멤버로 구성되어 있습니다.이들 유전자는 JUN 계열의 단백질과 함께 이합체가 될 수 있는 류신 지퍼 단백질을 부호화하여 전사인자 복합체 AP-1을 형성한다.이와 같이 FOS 단백질은 세포 증식, 분화 및 ^[5]형질전환의 조절제로서 관여되어 왔다.
