NFATC4활성화된 T세포의 핵인자인 세포질 4는 사람에게서 NFATC4 유전자에 [5][6]의해 암호화되는 단백질이다.
기능.
이 유전자의 산물은 활성화된 T세포 DNA 결합 전사 복합체의 핵 인자의 구성원이다.이 복합체는 T세포 수용체(TCR) 자극 시 핵으로 전이되는 기존 세포질 성분과 유도성 핵 성분 중 적어도 두 가지 성분으로 구성된다.활성화된 T세포의 핵인자 계열의 다른 구성원들도 이 복합체의 형성에 참여한다.이 유전자의 산물은 T세포에서 사이토카인 [6]유전자의 유도 발현, 특히 IL-2와 IL-4의 유도에서 역할을 한다.
