NFIX핵인자 1 X형은 인간의 NFIX [5][6][7]유전자에 의해 암호화되는 단백질이다.NFIX의 스플라이스 변종인 NFI-X3는 성세포에서 [8]Glial fibrary satid protein과 YKL-40을 조절한다.
상호 작용
Nfix는 SKI[9] 단백질과 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났으며 AP-1과도 상호작용하는 것으로 알려져 있다.[8] NFI-X3는 [8]STAT3과 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.
