생식세포핵인자(GCNF)는 RTR(레티노이드 수용체 관련 고환 관련 수용체) 또는 NR6A1(핵수용체 서브 패밀리 6, 그룹 A, 멤버 1)로도 알려져 있으며, NR6A1 ^[5]^[6]유전자에 의해 인체에서 코드되는 단백질이다.GCNF는 세포내 전사인자의 핵수용체 패밀리의 구성원이다.

성인의 경우, GCNH는 주로 생식선의 생식세포에서 발현되며, 배아발생과 생식세포 ^[7]분화의 조절에 관여한다.

그것의 발현 패턴은 그것이 신경 생성과 생식 세포 발달에 관여할 수 있다는 것을 암시한다.단백질은 DNA를 균질화하고 결합할 수 있지만 생체 내 표적은 확인되지 않았다.그 유전자는 세 가지 교대로 접합된 전사 ^[8]변형을 발현한다.
