SPI1
SPI1전사 계수 PU.1은 인간에서 SPI1 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[5]
함수
이 유전자는 골수 세포와 B-림프모이드 세포 발달 동안 유전자 발현을 활성화시키는 ETS-영역 전사 인자를 인코딩한다.[6]이 핵 단백질은 표적 유전자의 증류기에서 발견된 PU-box라고 알려진 푸린이 풍부한 염기서열과 결합하고, 다른 전사 인자 및 공작용자들과 함께 이들의 발현을 조절한다.이 단백질은 또한 표적 유전자의 대체적인 스플리싱도 조절할 수 있다.이 유전자에 대해 서로 다른 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 다중 대본 변형이 발견되었다.[7]
