미오제닌
Myogenin미오제닌은 MYOG [5]유전자에 의해 코드된 전사 활성제이다.미오제닌은 골격근의 발달 또는 근생성과 수복의 조정에 관여하는 근육특이적 기본나선-루프-나선(bHLH) 전사인자이다.Myogenin은 MyoD, Myf5, MRF4를 포함한 MyoD 계열의 전사 인자의 일원입니다.
생쥐에서 미오제닌은 기능성 골격근의 발달에 필수적이다.근생성 과정에서 대부분의 근원 전구세포의 적절한 분화에 미오제닌이 필요하다.마우스의 게놈에서 미오제닌을 코드하는 DNA가 제거되었을 때, 심각한 골격근 결함이 관찰되었다.미오제닌(호모 접합성-늘)의 두 복사본이 모두 없는 쥐는 [6][7]몸 전체에 성숙한 2차 골격근 섬유의 부족으로 인해 산기 주기의 치사성에 시달린다.
세포배양에서 미오제닌은 다양한 비근육세포 유형에서 근생성을 유도할 수 있다.
