키나제 삽입 도메인 수용체
Kinase insert domain receptor혈관 내피성장인자 수용체2(VEGFR-2)로도 알려진 키나제 삽입 도메인 수용체(KDR, 타입 IV 수용체 tyrosine kinase)는 VEGF 수용체다.KDR은 그것을 인코딩하는 인간 유전자다.KDR도 CD309(분화 309 클러스터)로 지정됐다.KDR은 Flk1(태아 간 키나제 1)로도 알려져 있다.
Q472H 세균라인 KDR 유전자 변형은 VEGFR-2 인산화 작용에 영향을 미치며 NSCLC의 마이크로베셀 밀도와 연관성이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.[5]
상호작용
Kinase insert 도메인 수용체가 SHC2, [6]Annexin A5[7] 및 SHC1과 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[8][9]
