NRG4로도 알려진 Neuregulin 4는 인간에서 NRG4 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 Neuregulin 단백질 계열의 일원이다.[5][6][7]

함수

NRG4를 포함한 네우레굴린은 erb-b2 수용체 tyrosine kinase 4(ERBB4)를 활성화해 세포신호화를 통해 세포신호를 개시한다.[7]

임상적 유의성

NRG4의 발현상실은 방광암 발달에서 자주 발견되는 반면 증가된 NRG4 발현상은 생존력 향상과 상관관계가 있다.[8]
