함수
이 유전자가 인코딩한 단백질은 인터루킨 10의 수용체다.이 단백질은 구조적으로 인터페론 수용체와 관련이 있다.인터루킨 10의 면역억제 신호를 중재하는 것으로 나타나, 이에 따라 염증 시토카인의 합성을 억제하고 있다.이 수용체는 인슐린 수용체 기질-2/PI 3-키나아제/AKT 경로를 통해 생식기 미엘로이드 세포의 생존을 촉진하는 것으로 보고되었다.이 수용체의 활성화는 JAK1과 TYK2 키나아제의 티로신 인산화 작용으로 이어진다.[5]
