인터루킨-2 수용체 서브유닛 베타(Interleukin-2 receptor subunit beta)는 인간에서 IL2RB 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 단백질이다.[5]CD122; IL15RB; P70-75라고도 한다.[5]
함수
T세포 매개 면역반응에 관여하는 인터루킨2 수용체는 인터루킨2를 결합하는 능력과 관련하여 3가지 형태로 존재한다.낮은 친화도 형식은 알파 서브 유닛(CD25라고도 함)의 모노머로 신호 전달에는 관여하지 않는다.중간 친화도 형식은 감마/베타 단위 헤테로디머로 구성되며, 높은 친화도 형식은 알파/베타/감마 단위 헤테로트리머로 구성된다.수용체의 중간 및 높은 친화력 형태 모두 인터루킨 2에서 오는 수용체 매개 내분포증과 미생성 신호의 전도에 관여한다.이 유전자에 의해 인코딩된 단백질은 베타 서브유닛을 나타내며 제1종 막 단백질이다.[5]
이 단백질은 또한 IL-15 수용체의 3개 서브유닛 중 하나를 형성한다.
수용체 활성화는 CD8+이펙터 T세포의 증식을 증가시킨다.[6]
