ERB4
ERBB4수용체 티로신-단백질 키나아제 erb-4는 인간에게 ERB4 유전자에 의해 암호화된 효소다.[5][6]다른 단백질 등소형을 인코딩하는 분할 변형이 설명되었지만, 모든 변형이 완전히 특성화된 것은 아니다.[7]
함수
수용체 티로신-단백질키나아제 erb-4는 수용체 티로신키나아제로 표피 성장인자 수용체 계열에 속한다.ERBB4는 다수의 후린 유사 시스테인 리치 도메인과 티로신 키나제 도메인, 인광티리노시톨-3 키나제 바인딩 사이트, PDZ 도메인 바인딩 모티브를 가진 단일 패스 타입 I 트랜섬브레인 단백질이다.단백질은 네우르굴린-2, -3, -4, 헤파린 결합 EGF와 같은 성장인자와 베타셀룰린에 의해 활성화된다.리간드 결합은 미토생식과 분화를 포함한 다양한 세포 반응을 유도한다.다중 단백질 분해 이벤트는 세포질 파편과 세포외 파편을 방출할 수 있다.[7]
임상적 유의성
이 유전자의 돌연변이는 암과 관련이 있다.[7]다른 단일 뉴클레오티드 다형성과 위험성 하플로타입은 정신분열증과 연관되어 있다.[8]ERBB4의 단일 뉴클레오티드 다형성 또한 가족성 근위축성 측경화증 타입 19 환자에 대한 연구에서 발견되었다.[9]
