C-C chemokine receptor type 7C-C 케모킨 수용체 타입 7은 인간에서 CCR7 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[5]이 수용체에 대해 두 개의 리간드가 확인되었다: 케모카인 (C-C 모티브) 리간드 19 (CCL19/ELC)와 (C-C 모티브)[6] 리간드 21 (CCL21).
CCR7도 최근 CD197(분화 197 클러스터)으로 지정되었다.
함수
이 유전자가 인코딩한 단백질은 G단백질 결합 수용체 계열의 일원이다.이 수용체는 엡스타인-바르 바이러스(EBV)에 의해 유도된 유전자로 확인되었으며, B 림프구에 대한 EBV 효과의 중재자로 생각된다.이 수용체는 다양한 림프 조직에서 발현되며 B와 T 림프구를 활성화한다.CCR7은 수지상세포의 성숙을 자극하는 것으로 나타났다.CCR7은 또한 비장 내 T세포의 밀매뿐만 아니라 림프절과 비장 등 다양한 2차 림프기관에 T세포의 호밍에도 관여한다.[7]
말초 조직에서 덴드리트 세포의 활성화는 세포 표면에 CCR7 발현을 유도하여 림프절에서 생성된 CCL19와 CCL21을 인식하고 공동 자극 분자(B7)와 MHC 등급 I 또는 MHC 등급 II의 덴드리트 세포 발현을 증가시킨다.[8]
임상적 유의성
CCR7은 비암 폐암, 위암, 난소암 등 다양한 암세포에 의해 발현된다.[9][10][11]암세포에 의한 CCR7의 발현은 임파선에 전이되는 것과 관련이 있다.[12]
