인터루킨-6 수용체
Interleukin-6 receptorCD126(Cluster of Dividation 126)로도 알려진 인터루킨 6 수용체(IL6R)는 I형 사이토카인 수용체다.
함수
인터루킨6(IL6)는 세포 성장과 분화를 조절하는 강력한 플리토킨으로 면역 반응에 중요한 역할을 한다.IL6와 이 수용체의 조절불능 생산은 다발성 골수종, 자가면역질환, 전립선암 등 많은 질병의 병원생식에 관여한다.
멜라노사이트에서 IL6R 유전자 발현은 MITF에 의해 조절될 수 있다.[5]
구조
IL6 수용체는 IL-6 수용체 서브유닛(IL6R)과 인터루킨 6 신호 변환기 글리코프로틴 130으로 구성된 단백질 복합체다.IL6R은 또한 이 서브 유닛을 인코딩하는 인간 유전자를 나타낸다.또는 구별되는 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 분할된 대본 변형이 보고되었다.[6]IL6R 서브유닛은 또한 많은 다른 사이토카인들에 의해 공유된다.
상호작용
인터루킨-6 수용체는 인터루킨 6[7][8][9] 및 담도 신경영양인자와 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[8][10]
