Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily A member 3 (LILR-A3) also known as CD85 antigen-like family member E (CD85e), immunoglobulin-like transcript 6 (ILT-6), and leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor 4 (LIR-4) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the LILRA3 gene located within the leukocyte receptor complex on chromosome 19q13.4.다른 많은 가족들과는 달리, LILRA3는 트랜섬브레인 도메인이 부족하다.LILRA3의 기능은 현재 알려져 있지 않지만, 다른 LILR 유전자와 매우 유사하며,^[2] 인간 백혈구 항원(HLA) 등급 I을 결합시킬 수 있다.따라서, 분비될 경우, LILRA3는 HLA 리간드와 멤브레인 결합 LILR(이펙터 및 메모리 CD8 T 세포에서 표현되는 억제 수용체 LILR1, 같은)의 상호작용을 손상시켜 면역 반응을 조절하고 질병에 대한 민감성에 영향을 미칠 수 있다.^[3]^[4]^[5]
