CEACAM1
CEACAM1카르시노엠브릴론 항원 관련 세포 접착분자 1(담도 당단백질)(CEACAM1)은 CD66a(분화 66a)로도 알려져 있으며, 인간 당단백질이며, 카르시노엠브릴론 항원(CEA) 유전자 계열의 일원이다.[5]
함수
이 유전자는 면역글로불린 슈퍼패밀리에 속하는 카르시노엠브리오닉 항원(CEA) 유전자 계열의 한 구성원을 암호화한 것이다.CEA 계열의 두 부분군인 CEA 세포 접착 분자와 임신 특이 당단백질은 19번 염색체의 긴 팔에서 1.2Mb 군집 내에 위치한다.CEA 세포 접착 분자 부분군의 11개의 유사 유전자 또한 성단에서 발견된다.인코딩된 단백질은 원래 간 담도 당단백질이라고 간 담즙관에 설명되었다.이어 백혈구, 상피, 내피에서 검출된 세포-세포 접착 분자로 밝혀졌다.인코딩된 단백질은 하위 그룹의 다른 단백질에 대한 이질 결합뿐만 아니라 동질성을 통해 세포 유착을 매개한다.조직 3차원 구조의 분화와 배열의 역할, 혈관신생, 사멸, 종양 억제, 전이, 선천적 및 적응적 면역 반응의 변조 등 인코딩된 단백질이 복합적으로 작용했기 때문이다.서로 다른 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 복수의 대본 변형이 보고되었지만, 단 두 가지에 대해서만 전체 길이 특성이 결정되었다.[5]
멜라노사이트 세포에서는 CEACAM1 유전자 발현이 MITF에 의해 조절될 수 있다.[6]
상호작용
CEACAM1은 PTPN11[7] 및 Annexin A2와 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[8]
