CD226(분화 226 클러스터), PTA1(기존 용어, '플레이틀렛과 T세포 활성화 항원 1')[5] 또는 DNAM-1([5]DNAX 액세서리 분자-1)은 인간에서 18q22.3 염색체에 위치한 CD226 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 단백질이다.[6]
구조 및 기능
CD226은 자연적 킬러 세포, 혈소판, 단세포 및 T세포의 부분집합체 표면에 약 65 kDa 당단백질이다.V-set의 Ig와 같은 두 개의 도메인을 포함하는 면역글로불린 슈퍼 패밀리의 일원이다.[7]
CD226은 리간드 CD112와 CD155가 있는 다른 세포에 세포 유착을 매개하고,[7][8] CD226을 항체와 교차 연결하면 세포 활성화가 일어난다.[6]
