IL13RA1 및 CD213A1(분화 클러스터 213A1)로도 알려진 인터류킨13 수용체 알파1은 인간 유전자이다.^[5]

이 유전자에 의해 코드된 단백질은 인터류킨 13 수용체의 서브유닛이다.이 서브유닛은 IL13 및 IL4 수용체에 의해 공유되는 서브유닛인 IL4 수용체 알파와 수용체 복합체를 형성한다.이 서브유닛은 IL13 수용체의 1차 IL13 결합 서브유닛 역할을 하며 IL4 수용체의 구성 요소일 수도 있다.이 단백질은 티로신 키나제 TYK2와 결합하는 것으로 나타나 IL13과 IL4에 ^[5]의해 유도되는 JAK1, STAT3, STAT6의 활성화를 유도하는 신호 전달 과정을 매개할 수 있다.
