CD127(Cluster of Dividation 127)이라고도 하는 인터루킨-7 수용체 서브유닛 알파(IL7R-α)는 인간에서 IL7R 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 단백질이다.^[5]^[6]

IL7R-α는 I형 사이토카인 수용체로서 기능성 인터루킨-7 수용체 및 흉선 스트롬 림프포이에틴(TSLP) 수용체의 하위 단위다.
