CCL3
대식세포 염증성 단백질 1-알파(MIP-1-alpha)라고도 알려진 케모카인(C-C 모티브) 리간드 3(CCL3)은 CCL3 [3]유전자에 의해 인체에서 코드되는 단백질이다.

CCL3는 수용체 CCR1, CCR4, CCR5와의 [3]결합을 통해 다형핵 백혈구의[4] 모집 및 활성화에 급성 염증 상태에 관여하는 CC 케모카인족에 속하는 사이토카인.
셰리 외 연구진(1988)은 알파(CCL3, 이 단백질)와 베타(CCL4)[5][3]로 불리는 MIP1의 2가지 단백질 성분을 입증했다.
CCL3는 재조합 인간 종양 괴사인자 또는 재조합 인간 인터류킨-1에 의해 발생하는 발열과 동일하거나 그 이상의 발열 단상열을 발생시킨다.단, 이들 2개의 내인성 파이로겐과는 달리 MIP-1에 의해 유발되는 열은 시클로옥시게나아제 억제제 이부프로펜에 의해 억제되지 않으며 CCL3은 프로스타글란딘 합성에 의해 매개되지 않고 임상적으로 시클로옥시게나아제에 [6]의해 감압될 수 없는 열성 반응에 관여할 수 있다.
