함수

이 유전자는 인터루킨-1 수용체 관련 키나아제 1을 인코딩하는데, 자극시 인터루킨-1 수용체(IL1R)와 연관되는 두 가지 퍼팅 세린/트레오닌 키나제 중 하나이다. 이 유전자는 전사 계수 NF-카파 B의 IL1 유도 상향 조절에 부분적으로 책임이 있다. 대안으로 다른 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 분할된 대본 변형이 이 유전자에 대해 발견되었다.[7]
