ACVR1C 또는 AK-7 로도 알려진 활성 A 수용체 는 인간에서 ACVR1C 유전자 에 의해 인코딩되는 단백질이다.[5] ACVR1C는 TGFB 신호 분자 계열의 I형 수용체다.[5]
ACVR1C는 노달 의 신호를 변환한다. 노달은 ACVR2B 에 바인딩된 다음 ACVR1C로 콤플렉스를 형성한다.이들은 계속 해서 R-SMADs SMAD2 또는 SMAD3를 모집한다.[6]
리간드 결합 시 타입 I는 인산화 세포질질질 SMAD 계열 전사 인자 를 수용하며, 이는 핵으로 변환되어 DNA와 직접 상호작용하거나 다른 전사 인자와 복합적으로 상호작용한다.[5]
