죽음과 관련된 단백질 키나아제 1은 감마-인터페론 유도 프로그램된 세포 사망의 긍정적인 중재자다.DAPK1은 8개의 앤키린 반복측정소와 2개의 P-루프 컨센서스 사이트를 포함하는 구조적으로 고유한 160-kD Calmodulin 종속 세린-트레오닌 키나제를 암호화한다.그것은 종양 억제제 후보작이다.[6]
멜라노사이트 세포에서는 DAPK1 유전자 발현이 MITF에 의해 조절될 수 있다.[7]
마약 타겟으로
