함수 MYLK3와 같은 키나제 (Kinase)에 의한 심장 미오신 헤비 체인 (MYH7B 참조)과 라이트 체인 (MYL2 참조)의 인산화 작용은 심장 근세포 에서 교차 교량 모집의 힘과 비율을 촉진한다.[7]
