TRIB3트리블스 호몰로지 3는 인간에게 TRIV3 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[5][6][7]
함수
이 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질은 전사 인자 NF-카파B에 의해 유도되는 투입 단백질 키나아제다.NF-kappaB의 음성 조절기로 생각되는 가성질이며, TNF-와 TRAIL 유도 사멸까지 세포를 감작할 수 있다.또한, 이 단백질은 세포 생존 세린-트레오닌 키나제 AKT1을 부정적으로 조절하는 것으로 보고되었다.[7]TRIV3는 최근 뉴런 신호 전달과 연관되어 있으며, TRIV1과 TRIV2와 마찬가지로 잠재적인 신경성 약물 표적으로 간주될 수 있다.
