CAMK2G칼슘/칼모둘린 의존 단백질 키나아제 타입 II 감마 체인은 인간에서 CAMK2G 유전자에 의해 암호화된 효소다.[5]
함수
이 유전자의 산물은 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나제 계열과 Ca(2+)/칼모둘린 의존 단백질 키나제 하위 계열에 속한다.칼슘 신호는 글루타마테라믹 시냅스에서의 가소성의 몇 가지 측면에 매우 중요하다.포유류 세포에서 효소는 알파, 베타, 감마, 델타의 네 가지 다른 사슬로 구성되어 있다.이 유전자의 산물은 감마 체인이다.지금까지 6개의 다른 ISO 형태를 인코딩하는 6개의 다른 분할 변형들이 특징지어졌다.다른 ISO 형식을 인코딩하는 추가적인 대체 이음매 변형이 설명되었지만, 그들의 전체 길이 속성은 결정되지 않았다.[6]
상호작용
CAMK2G는 RRAD와 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[7]
