MAPK10
MAPK10c-Jun N-terminal kinase 3(JNK3)로도 알려진 미토겐활성 단백질 키나제 10은 인간에서 MAPK10 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 효소다.[5][6][7]
함수
이 유전자에 의해 인코딩된 단백질은 MAP 키나제 계열의 일원이다.MAP 키나제스는 복수의 생화학적 신호의 통합점 역할을 하며 증식, 분화, 전사 규제, 개발 등 매우 다양한 세포 과정에 관여한다.이 단백질은 c-Jun N-단자 키나아제(JNKs)의 뉴런에 특화된 형태다.이 키나아제는 인산화 및 핵 국산화 작용을 통해 뉴런 사멸시 신호 경로에 조절 역할을 한다.수용체 조절 MAP키나제 비계 단백질인 베타아레스틴2는 MAP키나제4(MK4)에 의해 이 키나제의 인산화작용을 자극하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.사이클린 의존성 키나아제 5는 인산화할 수 있고, 이 키나아제의 활동을 억제하는데, 이는 신경 세포사멸을 예방하는 데 중요할 수 있다.구별되는 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 네 가지 대안으로 분할된 대본 변형들이 보고되었다.[7]
