TOLLIP 라고도 알려진 TOL 상호 작용 단백질은 TOLLIP 유전자에 [5] [6] [7] 의해 인간에게 암호화되는 억제 어댑터 단백질 이다.
기능. Toll-like 수용체(TLR)[8] 내의 억제 어댑터 단백질입니다.TLR 경로는 구조적으로 보존된 미생물 병원체의 분자 패턴을 인식하는 선천적 면역 시스템 의 일부이며, 염증성 면역 반응을 이끈다.
임상적 의의 TLR 유전자의 다형성 은 아토피 와 [9] 같은 다양한 질병과 관련이 있다. 최근 TOLLIP 유전자의 변이가 결핵과 특발성 [10] [11] 폐섬유화와 관련되어 있다.
상호 작용 TOLLIP는 TOM1,[12] TLR [13] 2, TLR [13] 4, IL1RAP 과 [7] 상호 작용하는 것으로 나타났습니다 .
