PRKD2
PRKD2세린/스레오닌-단백질 키나아제 D2 또는 PKD2는 인간에서 PRKD2 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 효소다.[5][6][7]
함수
이 유전자가 인코딩한 단백질은 단백질 키나제 c의 하위 계열인 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나제(PKD) 계열에 속한다.이 키나제는 포볼 에스테르뿐만 아니라 위암 세포의 쉘시스토킨 B 수용체(CCKBR)를 통해 위트린에 의해 활성화될 수 있다.TGN(Trans-Golgi Network)의 디아실글리세롤(DAG)과 결합할 수 있으며, TGN에서 근측막 단백질 출구를 조절할 수 있다.대체 스플라이싱은 여러 개의 대본 변형이 서로 다른 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 결과를 낳는다.[7]
