Terbogrel(INN)[1]은 트롬복사기의 혈관 수축과 혈소판 응집 작용을 막을 수 있는 잠재력으로 연구되어 온 실험 약물이다. Terbogrel은 구리로 이용할 수 있는 트롬복산A 수용체2 길항제 및 트롬복산A 신타아제 억제제다.[2][3] 이 약은 Boehringer Ingelheim에 의해 개발되었다.
Terbogrel의 2상 임상시험은 다리 통증을 유발하여 중단되었다.[4]
