프로파세타몰
Propacetamol
프로파세타몰은 파라세타몰과 카르복실산 디에틸글리시인의 에스테르화로 형성된 파라세타몰의 프로드러그 형태다. 이것은 그것을 좀 더 수용성 있게 만들 수 있는 이점이 있다. 수술 후 치료에 사용되며 아이비(I.V)에 의해 전달된다.[2] 환자가 구강 또는 직장으로 전달된 파라세타몰을 복용할 수 없는 경우 주어지며 비스테로이드성 항염증제(NSAIDs)가 억제된다. 프로파세타몰에서 발생하는 진통증의 발병은 경구적으로 주어지는 파라세타몰보다 빠르다 프로파세타몰 2g은 파라세타몰 1g에 해당한다.[3][4]
