티에노피리딘은 항 플레이트 활성에 사용되는 선택적이고 되돌릴 수 없는[1] ADP 수용체/P2Y12 억제제의 일종이다.

예

이 등급의 약물로는 클로피도그렐([2]Plavix), 프라수그렐(Effient),[3] 티클로피딘(Ticlid) 등이 있다.

티노리딘은 사실 이 작품의 전임자였다.

대안

티카그렐러(Brilinta)는 티에노피리딘 억제제와 함께 나열되는 경우가 많고, 사용 표시는 비슷하지만 티에노피리딘은 아니다. 사이클로펜틸트리아졸로피리미딘으로 P2Y12 수용체를 역방향으로 억제한다.[1]
