임상시험

1단계 시험

인도 의약품 규제기관 산하 주관전문가위원회(SEC)의 권고에 따라 75명의 자원봉사자를 활용한 임상 1상을 실시하고 위원회의 검토를 위한 안전성 및 면역원성 자료를 제출한 후 ^[8]2상으로 진행하였습니다.

2단계 및 3단계 시험

2021년 8월 12일, 1상 시험 데이터의 결과를 평가한 후, 약물 규제 당국은 건강한 ^[9]자원봉사자들에서 BBV154로 코백신의 면역원성과 안전성 평가를 포함하는 2상/3상 무작위 시험을 승인했습니다.

2022년 12월 24일, 인도 정부는 18세 ^[10]^[11]이상의 사람들을 위한 부스터 선량으로 백신 프로그램에 포함시키기 위해 비강 내 백신을 승인했습니다.
