Annexin A2Annexin A2는 또한 Annexin II로 알려진 단백질로서 인간에게 ANSA2 유전자에 의해 암호화된다.[5]
Annexin 2는 세포 운동성(특히 상피세포의 그것), 막과 연관된 단백질 복합체를 액틴 세포골격, 내피세포 분열, 섬유소 분해, 이온 채널 형성, 세포 매트릭스 상호작용과 같은 다양한 세포 과정에 관여한다.그것은 칼슘 의존성 인지질 결합 단백질로, 세포 내 단백질의 세포외 영역을 조직하는 것을 돕는 기능을 한다.Annexin II는 늑막성 단백질로, 그 기능이 체내의 장소와 시간에 따라 결정된다는 것을 의미한다.
유전자
15q22.2에 위치한 ANSA2 유전자는 염색체 4, 9, 10에 각각 3개의 유사 유전자를 가지고 있다.다른 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 여러 가지 대안으로 분할된 대본 변형들이 이 유전자에 대해 발견되었다.[6]
함수
이 단백질은 부속품종의 일원이다.칼슘에 의존하는 인산염 결합 단백질 계열의 구성원은 세포 성장 조절과 신호 전달 경로에 역할을 한다.이 단백질은 골격성 형성과 뼈 재흡수를 높이는 자분비 계수의 기능을 한다.[6]Annexin A2의 후생유전학적 규제는 뇌종양에서 중피 변환의 핵심 결정요인으로 확인되었다.[7]
Annexin A2는 항응고반응에서 내시경 검사에서 세포 내부와 세포 외부로 기능하도록 제안되었다.
상호작용
Annexin A2는 Unborgin,[8] CEACAM1, [9]S100A10,[10][11][12] PCNA와 상호 작용하고 인자 H를 [13]보완하며 HPV16 마이너 캡시드 단백질 L2를 포함한 많은 바이러스 요인과 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[14][15]
