CD244(Cluster of Differentation 244)는 CD244 유전자에 의해 인코딩된 인간 단백질이다.^[5]천연 킬러 세포 수용체 2B4로도^[6] 알려져 있다.

이 유전자는 비주요 조직적합성 복합체(MHC)를 매개하는 자연적 킬러 세포(NK세포)와 일부 T세포에 발현된 세포표면 수용체를 암호화한 것이다.이 수용체를 통한 NK세포와 대상세포의 상호작용은 NK세포 세포의 세포성 활성을 조절하는 것으로 생각된다.대안으로 다른 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 분할된 대본 변형이 이 유전자에 대해 발견되었다.^[7]CD244는 또한 eosinophils, mast cells, dendritic cells와 같은 비림프세포에서도 표현할 수 있다.^[8]
