Allied Specialty Vehicle은 2010년 미국 산업 파트너가 소유한 4개 회사(Collins Industries, E-One, Halcore Group 및 Fleetwood Enterprises)[3]의 합병으로 설립되었습니다.

2010년 9월 ASV는 Spartan [4][5]Motors로부터 구급차 제조사인 Road Rescue의 자산을 인수했다.
