아크릴펜타닐(Actriclfentanyl 또는 Egytenyl이라고도 함)은 강력한 오피오이드 진통제로 펜타닐과 유사하며 디자이너 약물로 온라인에서 판매되어 왔다.[1][2][3][4] 동물 연구에서 아크릴펜타닐이 날록손 치환에 대한50 IC 또는 절반의 최대 억제 농도는 1.4nM이며, 펜타닐 자체(1.6nM)보다 약간 더 강력하고 작용 지속시간이 길다.[5][6][7][8]

부작용

펜타닐 아날로그의 부작용은 펜타닐 그 자체와 유사하며, 가려움증, 메스꺼움, 잠재적으로 심각한 호흡기 우울증 등이 있어 생명을 위협할 수 있다. 펜타닐 아날로그는 2000년대 초 에스토니아에서 가장 최근의 사용 부활이 시작된 이래 유럽과 구소련 공화국 전역에서 수백 명의 목숨을 앗아갔고, 새로운 파생상품들이 계속해서 등장하고 있다.[9]

아크릴아미드 유도체는 표적과 불가역적으로 결합되는 공밸런트 억제제를 만들기 위해 약물 발견에 자주 사용되기 때문에 아크릴펜타닐은 내성이 있다고 한다.[10] 그러나 날록손(2mg/kg)에 의해 위협받는 생쥐에[11] 아크릴펜타닐이 함유된 급성 중독은 아크릴펜타닐이 오피오이드 수용체에서 대체될 수 있음을 보여 주었다.

아크릴펜타닐은 2016년 여름 덴마크에서 2명이 사망했을 뿐만 아니라 스웨덴에서 20명이 사망하는 것과 관련이 있다.[12][13]

아크릴펜타닐(Actriclfentanyl)은 미국의 스케줄 I 제어 물질이다.[14] 2016년 8월 16일 현재 스웨덴에서는 불법 의약품이다.[15]
