보체성분3a 수용체1(C3AR1)이라고도 하는 C3a수용체는 보체[5][6]시스템에 관여하는 G 단백질 결합 수용체 단백질이다.
이 수용체는 보체 성분인 C3a에 결합하지만, 이 수용체가 또한 덜 작은 포유류에서 C4a와 결합한다는 제한된 증거가 있지만,[7] 이것은 아직 사람에게서 사실로 증명되지 않았다.C3a 수용체는 면역,[8] 관절염, 식이요법으로 인한[9] 비만 및 암을[10] 조절한다.
