개연성 G단백 결합 수용체 37 은 인간에서 GPR37 유전자 에 의해 암호화된 단백질 이다.[5] [6]
상호작용 GPR37은 HSPA1A [7] 및 파킨(ligase) 과 상호작용 하는 것으로 나타났다. [7] [8] GPR37은 프로사포신 의 수용체다. 이전에는 히드라 에서 발견된 신경펩타이드 인 머리 활성제 의 수용체라고 생각되었지만 포유류에서 머리 활성체에 대한 초기 보고는 확인되지 않았다.[9]
GPR37 신호는 생쥐의 후각적 정박 세포 (OEC)와 고나도트로핀 방출 호르몬 (GnRH) 세포의 이동을 변조하는 것으로 나타났다.[10]
