개연성 G단백 결합 수용체 133 은 인간에서 GPR133 유전자 에 의해 암호화된 단백질 이다.[5] [6]
이 유전자는 접착-GPCR 수용체 집단의 구성원을 인코딩한다. 패밀리 멤버는 GPCR-자극성분해(Gain) 도메인으로 알려진 도메인을 통해 TM7 도메인에 연결된 가변 개수의 단백질 도메인을 가진 세포외 영역을 확장한 것이 특징이다.[7] [8]
