BRS-3 또는 BB로도 알려진 봄베신 수용체 하위 타입3 [5] 3 은 인간에서 BRS3 유전자 에 의해 인코딩되는 단백질 이다.[6] [7]
함수 포유류 봄베신 같은 펩타이드들은 위장관 뿐만 아니라 중추신경계 에도 널리 분포하고 있는데, 이들은 매끄러운 근육 수축, 외분비 및 내분비 과정, 신진대사, 행동 등을 조절한다. 그들은 세포 표면의 G 단백질 결합 수용체와 결합하여 그 효과를 이끌어낸다. 봄베신 유사 펩타이드 수용체에는 위트린 방출 펩타이드 수용체, 뉴로메딘 B 수용체 , 봄베신 유사 수용체-3(BRS3, 본조) 등이 있다.[7] [8]
BB는3 G단백질결합수용기 다.[6] BB는3 친화력이 낮은 알려진 자연발생 봄베신 관련 펩타이드와만 상호작용하므로 자연발생 고선량 리간드가 없으므로 고아 수용체 로 분류된다.[6] [9] [10]
