흔히 Wntless로 알려진 G단백질결합수용체 177(GPR177)은 Wnt-secreting 세포에서 Wnt 단백질의 수용체를 인코딩하는 인간 유전자다[5].[6]
Wntless는 레트로머 콤플렉스의 화물인 것으로 나타났다.[6]모낭 유도에 필수적인 것으로 밝혀졌다.[7]
WLS 유전자의 동질성 오식 변이가 자키 증후군에서 확인되었다.[8]
