[S-]-UH-301은 과학 연구에 널리 사용되는 약물 및 연구용 화학물질이다. 선택적 5-HT1A 수용체 침묵 길항제 역할을 한다.[1] 구조적으로 8-OH-DPAT와 관련이 있다.[1] UH-301은 일반적으로 5-HT2A 작용제 약물의 전형인 마우스에서 머리-뒤틀림 반응을 생성하는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 이후1A 5-HT 수용체 활성도가 5-HT2A 수용체를 하류로 어떻게 변조하는지를 조사하는 데 사용되었다.[2]
