노나빈(BRL-464)은 합성 THC 아날로그인 실험 약물이다.[1] 1980년대에 암 항암치료와 관련된 메스꺼움과 구토를 예방하기 위해 연구되었지만 결코 시판되지 않았다.[1] 클로로프롬아진(Clorpromazine)에 준하는 강한 항이성 효과를 가지고 있으며, 건식성 입, EEG 변화 등과 함께 약간의 가벼운 진정작용도 일으키지만, 기분이나 인식의 변화가 미미하여 남용 가능성이 낮음을 시사한다.[2][3]
