MMB-2201(5F-MMB-PI카, 5F-AMB-PI카, I-AMB)은 강력한 인도엘-3-카르복사미드 기반 합성 카나비노이드로,[1] 디자이너 약품으로, 합성 대마초 혼합물의 활성 성분으로 판매되어 왔다.[2] 2014년 1월 러시아와 벨로루시 등에서 처음 신고됐으나 이후 여러 나라에서 판매됐다. 미국에서는 2018년 처음으로 MMB-2201이 마약단속국 마약 발작에서 확인됐다.[3]

MMB-2201 is the indole core analogue of 5F-AMB. Synthetic cannabinoid compounds with an indole-3-carboxamide or indazole-3-carboxamide core bearing a N-1-methoxycarbonyl group with attached isopropyl or tert-butyl substituent, have proved to be much more dangerous than older synthetic cannabinoid compounds previously reported, and have been linked 러시아, 일본, 유럽, 미국에서 많은 사망자가 발생했다.[4][5]
