| 개요 |
동방정교에서 자치는 모교로 향하는 교회(집단)의 제한적인 자치를 의미한다.자율 교회는 어떤 면에서는 자율적이며, 이것은 비자치 교회와 차별화된다.자율교회가 자치하는 측면은 모교회의 결정에 따라 달라진다.자율적인 교회는 대주교나 메트로폴리탄과 같은 최고위직의 주교가 모교회 [1][2][3]영장류에 의해 승인(또는 서품)된다.
케팔레(,"[4]α")는 그리스어로 "머리"를 뜻하는 반면, 노모스(όομος)는 "법"[5]을 의미한다.따라서 자동선택(α τκκλα ος λλ λλ λλ λλ λλ)은 자기머리 또는 자기머리([6]head to head)를 의미하며 자율은 자기입법(self-legated)을 의미한다.
